Aida is one of my favorite Takarazuka shows. These costumes are from the wonderfully tragic ending scene.

Fabric for the two costumes was way cheap, the beads were way expensive and way too much time was spent hand beading everything on Aida's costume.

I finished these costumes hoping to be able to go to the Luxor in Las Vegas to take pics while we were visiting TristenCitrine but it was raining buckets the day we wanted to shoot. So instead we used a studio setting and we had some issues with the equipment which is why the studio photos have weird lighting.

Active
