I love Bleach! My favorite chracter is actually Renji but I'm still debating whether I can pull him off. In the meantime, I picked Nanao to cosplay. Nanao and Kyoraku crack me up and Mitch (Aimee's husband) is the best Kyoraku, so cosplaying with him is fun. Plus I've been dying to dump flower petals on him ever since I read that scene in the manga.

I have to say that hakama have to be one the most impractical pieces of clothing I have ever worn. I couldn't even tie it by myself; Judy had to tie me into it. And wariji! Owww! I would have been a very lousy samurai.
